Since training at the age of 16 at MKM Self Defence Academy under Head Instructor Sam Graham, I instantly took to Self Defence and Fitness. As MKM’s Strength and Conditioning Coach, I deliver top-tier, performance-focused training to combat athletes of all levels. I am a certified Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach and MMA Conditioning Coach (MMACA, NESTA, USA) with the highest level of training from the UFC Performance Institute.
My approach is centered on developing explosive strength, speed, and movement efficiency, tailored to fighters across MMA, boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, karate, and Krav Maga. Every program I design is athlete-specific, emphasizing proper technique for injury prevention and incorporating cutting-edge recovery and conditioning strategies. I instill a disciplined mindset in each athlete, pushing them to safely break through their limits. Whether you’re an amateur or a seasoned fighter, my mission is to ignite your full potential and elevate your performance in the ring, in the cage, or on the mat.
